 Service and Maintenance.

To obtain access to the power source and batteries.

  1. Remove bag support frame at back of unit. Undo and pull
    winged bolt at bottom of support. Lift support frame to unlock
    and remove.
  2. Ease up canopy from the rear supports and remove
  3. To remove the seat and rear panel. First loosen off knurled knob
    in front of seat [location pillar] .Lift the whole seat assemble.
    Front first and back panel off and set aside.
  4. Remove the PVC cover to expose the whole power source.
  5. TAKE NOTE.  Position of batteries and the connections for future reference.

 There is little or no maintenance required except to.

1.      Check batteries.

2.      All wiring connections are good and firm.

3.      Keep unit clean. If using a hose KEEP away from the electrics.

4.      Check tyre pressure. Inflate to 22-26 PSI Winter

                                                                28 PSI Summer.

5.    When reassembling if the canopy is not required the spare support bar should be fitted across the back support so that when the bag frame is fitted this will lock on the whole assembly.

 

 This unit was designed a duel purpose electric mobile and could be

taken on the highway. However we have fitted it out as a golf buggy

 only. It is very strong full of power and very reliable.

Will convey up to 20 stone person and 2 golf sets-Rain wear and bananas.

When replacing batteries check the height do not exceed those as fitted. [Still under warranty]

Always recharge batteries immediately after use also in wet winter conditions you will use and need more battery power.

Controls:-
The controls are easy to use, smooth and comprehensive.

Brakes. The  EMV has a twin braking system for extra safety.
As you release the power the Sport comes smoothly to a stop, even on a steep slope. In addition a hand operated twin front brakes which can be locked on for parking.

Portability:-
The EMV sport is easily transported in the boot of an estate car or a very small drive on trailer. The canopy, seat and steering are easily removed or folded for ease of use.
